Minimum requirements and qualifications:
- In possession of a baccalaureate (preference will be given to BAC+2 or higher level
- In possession of a valid Safety & Rescue Certificate (CSS)* or equivalent to the Moroccan CAA
- In possession of a valid passport
- Medically fit to carry out specified cabin crew duties
- Fluent in English and in French, any other languages are welcome.
* the CSS is valid 18 months after obtaining.

Our Recruitment Process in 4 steps:
Step 1- On CV selection
Further to your application, our staff specialised in Recruitment & Selection will do a thorough résumé screening and will assess your suitability for this position. We will then invite you to one of our selection days.
Step 2- Selection days
Day 1: During the first selection day, you will take part of a ‘meet and greet’ session. The interview will normally consist of an introduction about the airline; you will then be asked to introduce yourself and group discussions will take place in presence of a HR Representative and a Cabin Crew Management Representative.
The group interview is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and qualities.
Day 2: Individual interviews are carried out during the second assessment day. The individual interview will allow us to discern whether you are genuinely motivated and qualified for a Cabin Crew Member job. At the end of the day, you hopefully will have convinced our team to hire you.
Step 3-The decision making
We acknowledge that it is important for any candidate to be aware of the outcome of the selection process, whatever the decision. This is why we will do our best to come back to you within maximum two weeks.
Step 4- Recruitment and training
After recruitment, you will go on an Initial Operator Conversion Course, further to which you will be assessed and confirmed in your position.
Then comes up the fun part: flying on green planes!
